Help please

I really need help this sucks.

My fb and ss dont work it wont let me drag it to my hotkeys im stuck with melee'ing T_T.

If someone who knows how to fix it reply please >.<.

Sometimes if you get stuck at login screen and you exit, the autosave will save your current skills which at no loading point, You will have none therefore you will lose them.
There is an npc in twin city near the barber. He will return your skills if not you must go to the pharmacist and purchase them.
